Dangerous Goods

Are you preparing Dangerous Goods for transport? Are you consigning, loading and/or carrying Dangerous Goods?

If you are doing any of these tasks then you need a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor and RADCaT Ltd can help and support you in these matters.

Your go-to dangerous goods safety advisor

RADCaT Ltd have Dangerous Goods Safety Advisors who have many years of experience with all classes of Dangerous Goods. We are able to help you navigate through the minefield that is the ADR (transport via the road and rail) regulations, IMDG Code, (sea transport) and other modes of transport.
We can carry out an initial assessment that will identify the areas that you are both compliant and non-compliant. We are then able to bespoke our advice to your specific needs. Our DGSA’s are very supportive and they will offer help and assistance along the road to being fully compliant.

We can act as your DGSA and work with you to ensure that you are fully aware of the rules regarding the products that you manufacture or carry, (or both).

We are also able to carry out Incident Investigations at your request.
We offer an ongoing monitoring and advisory role to retained clients.
From hauliers to chemical companies and from paint manufacturers to farming / agriculture – our Dangerous Goods Safety Advisors can cater to all types of business.

A 12-month retainer basic contract.
This would allow you to use our 24 / 7 advice line with the addition of up to 2 site visits a year. The initial visit will be to conduct an assessment of the company. The results from the assessment will then form part of an action plan that the DGSA and the company representative(s) will agree on as the way forward to compliance. The DGSA throughout this assessment will offer advice and guidance throughout with hints and tips galore. The second visit will be undertaken towards the end of the 12-month contract. During this visit an audit will be conducted to assess your performance towards compliance. A report will then be produced which is a legal requirement in ADR for any undertaking working with Dangerous Goods

Don’t forget, any contract you have for our DGSA service has the benefit of offering unlimited advice for no extra cost throughout the duration of your contract. This then allows you to get in touch as and when you need to. The length of the contract can vary by prior agreement.
