Telephone support available between 8.30 to 18.30 with a response time of between 1 to 3 hours for queries relating to any HR or employment law related issues. Subjects discussed may include employment law or statutory requirements, contractual issues, recruitment, sickness, maternity or paternity rights, performance management, disciplinary issues, development, policy or procedure clarification. More serious employment law issues which may result in attendance at employment tribunal are available, but will be quoted separately from any retained arrangement.
Annual Retained Service.
Our retained service is usually a 12-month commitment, the key areas of which will have designed with you before entering into an agreement so it will be, bespoke to your needs. However, if you feel you need to add or subtract services we are flexible in our approach and can adjust things as we build our business relationship.
Ad hoc Projects
The project parameters and cost will be confirmed at the outset, prior to the commencement of any work. Projects can be a day, half day in duration or a longer period dependant on the work involved. We will of course keep any time and cost to a minimum to ensure an efficient and resource friendly service.
